March 26. Dr. Sylvia Earle will speak at Texas State University as part of the university year-long Common Experience program. Named Time Magazinefirst Hero for the Planet, Dr. Earle work focuses on marine ecosystems with special emphasis on exploration and the development and use of new technologies for accessing remote environments. April 9. NPDES Storm Water and TMDL Programs Nuts and Bolts Workshop in Conroe, TX will present general and technical information about permit requirements, implementation, and funding.
